What will you do?
In this role, you will work closely with the support team and field engineers to ensure that our customers’ digital networks and objects continue to operate smoothly. You will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating new projects.
- You will plan and coordinate the work of our field engineers and provide clear tickets with all necessary information.
- You will handle fault reports via phone or email, monitor the progress of tickets and escalate if necessary.
- As much as possible, you try to solve problems remotely via a secure Internet connection. Is an on-site visit necessary? Then you schedule it.
- You will act as the first point of contact for our field engineers and support them in their work on site.
- As a link between different departments, you make sure that everyone is aware of the current status of projects.
Who are you?
- You understand the importance of working according to the terms of a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- You have a minimum of HBO working and thinking level.
- You have an affinity for IT and have at least a completed MBO education in a technical field.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in an IT environment.
- You have knowledge of Windows and IP networks.
- You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented and think in terms of possibilities.
- You have excellent communication skills and know how to get to the heart of a problem quickly.
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
- You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good atmosphere within the team.
