Who are we
We are DooH Solutions & Services, and in short, we are specialists in digital signage. For our clients, we handle everything related to the installation, maintenance, and removal of digital screens and LED installations such as billboards.
What will you do
- Together with your colleagues in the support department, you ensure that all digital assets of our clients are checked daily and you remotely resolve any malfunctions.
- You regularly communicate with field engineers to support them remotely.
- You handle incoming emails and phone calls and create tickets for them.
- You configure equipment, set up VPN tunnels, and ensure everything is ready for the field engineers.
- You record everything you do in our own ticketing system.
What we expect
- You are available for 32–40 hours per week;
- You are solution-oriented;
- You have strong communication skills;
- You are motivated to continue learning and developing yourself;
- You have completed at least an MBO level 3 education (an IT-related education is a plus);
- You have knowledge of Windows and IP networks.
